If you wish to register as an auditor for an E-Learning course, there is a flat tuition fee along with all other
administrative costs.

Non-Matriculating E-Learners
College graduates who have not matriculated at Andover Newton Theological School or
another accredited seminary may apply and register for E-learning courses as
"non-matriculating E-learner students" (NEL). Only E-learning courses may be taken via
this form of registration. NEL students may take no more than 15 E-learning credits for

Important Dates
E-Learning students must adhere to the School calendar and deadlines as stated in the
Academic Calendar. The following are registration and class dates:
August 6-17 Registration for Fall 2012 classes
September 10 Fall 2012 classes start
October 22-Nov 2 Registration for Winterim 2013 classes
December 3-14 Registration for Spring 2013 classes
January 7-11 Winterim 2013 Classes Session 1
January 14-19, 22-25 Winterim 2013 Classes Session 2
January 28 Spring 2013 classes start
April 8-19 Registration for Summer 2013 classes
June 3-7 Summer 2013 Classes Session 1
June 10-21 Summer 2012 Classes Session 2/3
Please note that all registrations must be completed and postmarked on the last day of the registration period or a $175 late fee will be charged. Registrar’s Office hours are: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am –12:30 and 1:00 – 4:00pm. Please call ahead if traveling a distance as hours are subject to change.
